ISCA BBS Client for OS/2 Empty ISCA BBS Client for OS/2

Back in the early 90's, through 1996, I maintained an OS/2 release of the official ISCA BBS client (mine was not official). It is still available here:

and the BBS is also still available. I don't know if OS/2 is still available Smile

Aside from a handful of small patches to the Linux kernel, this was the last work that I did in C, as the performance of interpreted, higher level languages has become much better over the years.

Actually, it's not quite that bad. I have a CD ISO of a demo for the latest release, although I haven't bothered to burn it and check it out. I'm expecting similar hardware problems to those that I had trying to run Solaris or Linux on my computer -- non-functional due to a bizarre mishmash of stuff, that works flawlessly in Windows, and not at all in anything else. I'm sick to death of writing patches for Linux just to make it work, though.

If you feel like checking it out, check out "eComStation"..

Heh.... not a whole lot of experience writing patches for Linux..... I have installed Ubuntu and Slackware as a dual-boot OS on my old machine.
